Forms:

• First-Time C/Y Volunteer Application |  Anyone who wants to volunteer in children/youth ministry for the first time at KCC must fill out this form.
• Returning C/Y Volunteer Application | Current volunteers must fill out this application every two years to maintain their volunteer role.
• Reference Form | This form is used as a part of the first-time application. We automatically send it on your behalf, but we have provided it here for your reference.
